We stand behind our Bio-Collagen Eye Patches with confidence—and we want you to feel confident too. If you don’t see visibly refreshed under-eyes after your first use, you may be eligible for a full refund. Here’s how it works:

To qualify for a refund based on unsatisfactory results, you must complete the following:

  1. Before You Start
    Take a clear photo of your under-eye area next to a visible time marker (like a watch or phone screen) before applying the patches.

  2. Track the Process
    Take a photo every 30 minutes for 4 hours total (8 photos), showing the eye patch area and time indicator.

  3. Capture the Finish
    Record a short video of yourself removing the patches at the 4-hour mark.

  4. Submit Your Claim
    Email all photos and the video toĀ support@getumidex.com within 30 days of receiving your order. You must also return any remaining, unopened eye patches in their original packaging.

If you’re requesting a standard return for any other reason, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unused, sealed, and in original condition

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

  • You must contact our support team atĀ support@ getumidex.com before returning any items

  • Approved returns must be shipped back to us using the address provided by our team

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your package upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos so we can make it right.
